About: Over the course of the last 24 years, Michelle has sold over $200 million dollars in products and services in the commercial office interiors industry. She has been on both the manufacturer and dealer side of sales. She is a proven leader in her industry. Michelle has a unique ability to quickly develop strong relationships. Michelle has established an experienced team of professionals at Forward Tilt who share her vision. She is passionate and dedicated to supporting her client’s needs.
About: Carolyn is a Phoenix native and graduate of Arizona State University’s Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, Carolyn is in her fourth year in the commercial furniture industry. Prior to working on the commercial side, she worked for a high end residential firm for several years. Clients love her for delivering high energy service and excellent solutions; all while managing furniture budgets and timeline. In the past 4 years, Carolyn has gained a vast array of experience and has had the pleasure to work with several types of companies including law firms, banking and financial groups, technology companies, marketing agencies, real estate groups, medical offices, and a beverage corporate office.
About: Ron has recently returned to the Arizona, having spent the last 11 years in Los Angeles in the residential, A&D and hospitality sales community. He comes to Forward Tilt with a knowledge base of furniture, leather, and flooring. Ron has had success in generating new business and setting sales records during his 18 years in the industry. Ron is a versatile leader who is able to manage numerous cross-functional operations. Simultaneously, he specializes in customer service by rapidly responding to and treating each order with care and an exceptional level of detail.

About: Hana comes to us with over 15 years of customer service experience. With a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication Arts from the University of Montana, she brings her excellent communication and presentation skills to Forward Tilt. She has worked with companies in the fields of sales, account management, event planning and marketing. She brings her positive can-do attitude to everything she does and believes the key to success is to communicate effectively with others as well as as work alongside them as a member of a team. She fills her free time with her love and passion for food and travel.

About: Andrew has over 20 years of customer experience, sales, and project management. With excellent organizational skills, his knowledge in sales contributes greatly to the dialogue with the vendors for each of our projects. He brings a positive attitude and believes that the key to success is teamwork and effective communication with all of our team members and clients. His free time is filled with playing competitive tennis.
Position: Project Manager
About: David started his career as a project manager in the construction industry in 2009 working across the country for a restaurant construction company. He comes to Forward Tilt with an array of furniture experience from knowing asset management, to installation experience and more. In addition to being a project manager, he is a certified movable wall project manager. He is committed to providing an unparalleled installation experience, while creating an efficient, positive workplace for everyone around him. He loves challenges and can easily adapt because he knows that solutions are the key to any challenge. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his beautiful family.

About: Mary has over 10 years of experience in the commercial office interiors industry. Mary has been involved in every customer service opportunity, from the proposal process through the projects’ completion as project manager. She is committed to providing nothing less than excellent customer service, while creating an effective, positive workplace for her team. Mary is driven by a strong sense of gratitude for the trust that her clients and team members place with her.

About: With a Bachelor of Science in Management from University of Phoenix, Pam has excelled in the Project Management field for over 20 years. She brings expertise to the entire project life-cycle and enjoys the client interface that Forward Tilt’s projects require. Pam’s management proficiency ranges from quick turnover projects to complex office rearrangements with companies like Chase, Wells Fargo and the Metro Police Department. Pam is a native Arizonan and enjoys traveling throughout the state to enjoy the outdoors.

About: Shannon is responsible for leading our team of designers, managing workflow through the team and developing processes that ensure the success of project teams. With more than nine years of experience in the commercial and interior design field, Shannon has design and coordination experience on projects ranging in size from local small businesses to large national/international clients. As an advocate of collaborative problem solving and design thinking, Shannon believes that an interdisciplinary approach is essential in creating meaningful dialogue, and innovative outcomes. Shannon is very involved with the local design community and a graduate of the Arizona State University College of Design, she is also a LEED-accredited professional.
About: Amy is a graduate of Northern Arizona University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior design. With over 4 years of combined design experience in commercial and residential work, Amy is passionate about contributing fresh approaches to any project. As a vital part of the Forward Tilt design team, she brings enthusiasm to our design process at Forward Tilt. She’s a dynamic team player who strengthens Forward Tilt by providing quality space planning, project plans, and specifications. Seeing a project come together from ground up is what drives her passion for design. She loves traveling, yoga, and outdoor adventures with her dog.
Position: Senior Designer
About: Jennifer has over 19 years architectural & interior design experience, including 4 years in commercial office furniture. Her love of art, design and construction started at an early age watching many renovations to her childhood home growing up. She has been responsible for designing commercial, healthcare, financial and hospitality projects through all phases of design. She has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Missouri State University, and is a NCIDQ Certificate holder since 2010.
About: Native to Phoenix, Sophia is experienced in all areas of Interior Design from both a retail context to commercial furnishings. Her educational background is in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University where she developed a passion for the history of architecture and design. She chose to study interior design and architecture because of the freedom of creativity and loves that every day presents a challenge. She is motivated to be the best at creating designs for people that are true extensions of themselves and their company, while delivering extremely personal service. Sophia has a love for photography, and in her free time she captures nature on film during hikes throughout Arizona.
About: Natalie has over 5 years experience in the commercial design industry. Upon graduating from Iowa State University, she started her career practicing hospitality design in Minnesota. Her experience developing prototypical schemes for franchise hotels ignited a passion for the corporate interior, as she noticed the direct impact design has on brand image. Since transitioning to commercial furniture, her greatest joy is helping clients bring their brand to life in smart and unexpected ways, while creating a workplace that is supportive and inspiring. She believes everyone deserves to love where they work, and feels lucky to work in sunny Arizona with the Forward Tilt team. Natalie is a NCIDQ certified Interior Designer, LEED Accredited Professional, and Professional IIDA Member.
About: Ashley has over 10 years of interior design experience, 5 of those years have been spent in commercial furniture dealerships. She enjoys working on commercial accounts and is dedicated to building lasting relationships with clients as well as her co-workers. Her impeccable taste, an eye for high-end style and design brings her projects to an incomparable level of gratification. When she is not designing, her active boy/girl twins keep her entertained and quite busy.
